Glass Illusions Studio will work with you, your interior designer, or architect to ensure that all completed work is what you had envisioned.
Various stained glasses may be chosen. From texturally diffracting and spreading the light coming through them, to softly muting the light with rich color.
The studio will create the work to exacting dimensions and within reasonable budgetary requirements.
From free hanging panels to weatherproofed installations, special shapes and contours can be made to your specifications.
The hand cut glasses are bound together by using high quality, restoration grade, lead cames within a rigid zinc perimeter. All panels are then weather proofed and ready to install or hang.
Custom wood framing is available for hanging panels.
Insulated Stained Glass: The stained glass work can also be encapsulated between two sheets of protective tempered glass. These layers are assembled by using soft desiccant buffer to remove any moisture. Edge sealing is then applied to make a triple gazed insulted glass unit of 1” thickness.
The encapsulated unit is capable of withstanding harsh weather and protects the stained glass art from direct impact damage.
